To provide a higher level of wellness related service level to its employees, the Phoenix Police Department has its web-based intranet site PolicePoint.  The Employee Assistance Unit has a tab on PolicePoint, the Department’s internal intranet website, where employees can look for resources and relevant services that fit their needs.  Some employees prefer to get help on their own, so having information such as EAU, chaplains, CPR, EAP, FMLA, and more on one site allows them to help themselves.  Employees can access PolicePoint from any city computer.

To allow employees access to the same wellness information on PolicePoint, the Department partnered with the 100 Club of Arizona on their Bulletproof website.  The Phoenix Police Department is one of many police agencies in Arizona who have resources on the 100 Club of Arizona’s Bulletproof website (Bulletproof, 2020).  Each agency has its unique code that allows access to Department and statewide resources once entered.  The Phoenix Police Department has the same information and resources available on PolicePoint for its employees as on Bulletproof.  On top of the departmental resources, the 100 Club of Arizona has information, resources, and assessments available to anyone accessing the site as well (Bulletproof, 2020).  Unlike PolicePoint, which can only be accessed through a Phoenix Police Department computer, Bulletproof can be accessed on any computer, tablet, or phone with access to the internet.  In 2019, the 100 Club of Arizona also created a Bulletproof app, so the same information and resources could be accessed easier by officers and their family members.
